CSA National Prayer

Prayer should not be regarded as a duty which must be performed, but rather as a privilege to be enjoyed, a rare delight that is always revealing some new beauty.
– E. M. Bounds –

In Christian Surfers Australia, we believe prayer is the backbone of everything we do. It is important that anyone involved in CSA has an active prayer life, not only personally, but together as a family. To help this, we have a few strategies, we would love for you to join us..

Praying for your Tribe
The heart of CSA is to accept and embrace all surfers and to share the love of Jesus with them. We do this by engaging and serving the Aussie surf community through events, comps and camps, and building lasting relationships. There are hundreds of CS crew, and tens of thousands of surfers who get connected with us each year.
Feet in the Water
Feet in the Water can happen anytime – when you head down to your local beach (whether for a walk, to go for a surf or with your CS mission), stand with your feet in the water and pray. CSA is unifying in this ritual and using this time to be praying for our communities to know Jesus. You can pray for your local mission, for a mission to start, local surfers to know Jesus, surf chaplaincy etc, basically, anything you feel God has laid on your heart..
