Join the Baileys (Jono & Naomi) support team to help grow the local missions of CSA. Jono works alongside the National Director and Regional Coordinators by faith to see the CSA strategic plan become reality. Jono is seeking to continue on CSA staff 4 days per week in 2026.

CSA National Administration Manager - Lisa Ferguson
Lisa works part-time doing all things admin for Christian Surfers Australia. Lisa’s wages are paid out of the general Christian Surfers Australia National account. If you wish to support her in this role you can do so by donating to the general CSA National ASF page below.
CSA Women’s Coordinator - Sophie Adams
Join Sophie’s support team as the CSA National Women's Coordinator, which focuses on connecting, empowering, and supporting women across Australia to create a healthy women's ministry within CSA as a whole and achieve the mission that every female surfer and beach lover in every surfing community across Aus would have the opportunity to know and follow Jesus.
CSA National Events Coordinator - Olivia Potts
The CSA National Events coordinator is primarily responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of the annual National Gathering. Olivia is seeking support to fund her casual one day a week role helping with organising the National Gathering, staff meetings and other signature National events.
CSA National Communications Manager - Will Somerville
Will is seeking support to work 2 days a week in his role as the National Communications Manager for CSA. Will’s role is primarily in producing and sharing content for CSA.
CSA National Prayer Coordinator - Amanda Lawrence
Amanda Lawrence is seeking support to assist her in her role as the National Prayer Coordinator, in particular to assist her with travel expenses required to attend National Staff meetings and events.
VIC Regional Coordinator - Rachel Viljoen
Join Rachel’s support team to partner with her as she expands and grows CS Victoria alongside the Mission Coordinators. Rach is seeking support to fund her part-time role with 2 days per week support.
TAS Regional Coordinator - Brad Kermond
Funding will be used to support Brad Kermond as he seeks support for funding for one day a week for his role along with resources to further develop strategic projects that will better equip and serve the TAS region.
North NSW Region
Juda and Lillie Leet are the regional coordinators for North NSW and appreciate your support to help them continue to do what they do. Funds raised go towards assisting in the travel expenses incurred during their visits to local missions and attending national team meetings.
West Aus Region
Funds raised help to support the overall North NSW region.
South NSW Region
Funds raised help to support the overall South NSW region.
Central NSW Region
Funds raised help to support the overall Central NSW region.
