VIC Regional Camp

We had such an incredible time at our CS VIC Regional Camp on the Mornington Peninsula! We had around 65 crew from across the state, and for many of them, it was their first regional camp, which was super special!

Some of the highlights from camp were the novelty mission vs mission surf comp at Point Leo (Phillip Island taking the win), worship, Duffy Dowling as our guest speaker, prayer, devotionals, our farmer MC’s, food, a huge game of capture the flag, hearing from our mission coordinators and all the times in between!

Duffy spoke on "Being, then Doing”, which was encouraging to be reminded to be still with him before you do anything and seek him before you move. We are really excited about the way God is moving in Victoria. We had Evie share her heart for wanting to start CS in Warrnambool, which was awesome for her to feel encouraged and supported by her CS family.

If you are wondering what to pray for, definitely pray for people to step up alongside her as she hopefully starts this mission next year and that she would be led and guided by the Holy Spirit! There hasn’t been a CS mission down that way in a very long time, and we think it will be so foundational for that coastline.

It was a great time of fellowship and praising the Lord together. We are all already pumped for next year! Thank you Jesus for an awesome weekend.
