APAC gathering has just wrapped up (held from the 9-12th September in Shonan, Japan), and it was our first time presenting New Swell to other nations in person. The goal was to run them through the content of New Swell so they could catch the foundations of what we do. But more importantly, we also spent some strategic time discussing and planning what New Swell could look like for the nations present. How to contextualise it and how to blend the culture.
We had 120 attendees over the 4 days, that represented 9 nations. Out of those nations, 2 are already running New Swell and 5 more have taken the next steps to start a New Swell in their nations!
