BIG ANNOUNCEMENT:
Dear CSA family,
It is with a great sense of gratitude and appreciation that we share that, after 23 years of dedicated service, Steve (Stevo) Bailey has decided to get spat out of that epic tube of being our fearless leader at CS and finish up in his role as National Director of Christian Surfers Australia at the end of July 2026. The CSA community is immensely grateful for Steve’s unwavering dedication and service to Christian Surfers Australia over the many years he has been leading our organisation. In particular, for his authenticity, his visionary leadership, and his strength, passion and wisdom.
Steve will have a lasting impact on our community and a legacy that will long outlive his time in the captain’s chair. I know we speak for everyone when we say a huge thank you, Stevo, for your faithfulness, obedience and love. We are eternally grateful.
In regard to life after Stevo, the Senior Leadership Team will continue to steer the CSA ship. This team consists of Lucas Bartlett, National Leader of Discipleship and Training; Jono Bailey, National Leader of Operations and Mission Development; and Lisa Ferguson, National Leader of Administration and Compliance.
